Q. What if I don’t like the provider I’m going to?

A.  We have an interactive Dentist Search on our website, where you can find participating providers within a 5-20 mile radius around any zip code entered.  If you do not find an office that is convenient for you, contact Member Services or email the details of your new prospective dental office and our team will reach out to the provider.  Please email provider nominations to providers@dentalplansdirect.com .
