Dental Direct Savings Program Disclosure
Please read this information carefully before purchasing a Dental Direct Savings Program.
Important: The Dental Direct Savings Program is not dental insurance. It does not pay claims, reimburse providers, or replace traditional dental coverage. Members pay participating providers directly at discounted program rates.
What Is Dental Direct?
Dental Direct is a 12-month dental savings program designed to help individuals and families save on dental care through a network of participating dental providers. The program offers access to discounted fees for eligible dental services, including specialty dental treatment and general dentistry.
Dental Direct Is Not Insurance
The Dental Direct Savings Program is not dental insurance. The program does not pay dental claims, reimburse providers, or replace traditional dental insurance. Members are responsible for paying participating providers directly for services received at the discounted program rates.
Program Term
Effective August 1, 2026, all new Dental Direct Savings Programs purchased through www.dentalplansdirect.com are valid for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning on the date of purchase.
No Automatic Renewals
Dental Direct does not automatically renew memberships. At the end of your 12-month program, your benefits expire unless you choose to purchase a new Dental Direct Savings Program. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic billing.
Immediate Enrollment
Unless otherwise noted, your Dental Direct Savings Program becomes active upon successful enrollment and payment.
Participating Providers
Program savings are available only through participating Dental Direct providers. Provider participation may change from time to time. Members should confirm provider participation before scheduling treatment.
Transparent Fee Schedule
Dental Direct believes patients should understand treatment costs before receiving care. Our website includes a transparent fee schedule showing discounted pricing for many common dental procedures offered by participating providers. Published fees are intended as a guide and may vary based on individual treatment needs, procedure complexity, additional services required, and the participating provider. The treating dentist or specialist will provide the final treatment recommendation and fees.
Specialty Dental Care
Dental Direct is designed to help patients save on many of the dental procedures that typically have the highest out-of-pocket costs. Participating providers may include Oral Surgeons, Endodontists, Periodontists, Prosthodontists, Orthodontists, Pediatric Dental Specialists, and General Dentists. Availability varies by location.
Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for maintaining active enrollment, presenting proof of membership when requested, and paying participating providers directly at the time services are rendered unless other payment arrangements have been made with the provider.
Existing Members
Recurring membership plans purchased before August 1, 2026 are no longer offered to new members. Members who enrolled before this date may continue receiving benefits through the end of their current active paid membership. All active members, including legacy members, receive discounted services based on the current Dental Direct published fee schedule.
Changes to the Program
Dental Direct may periodically update participating providers, published fee schedules, program features, covered procedures, and website content. Updates are intended to improve the program and maintain an accurate reflection of participating provider pricing.
