A. Dental Direct offers three different plans. You can choose an Individual, Family for up to 5 family members, or a Senior Plan for members 65 and older. To enroll, visit http://dentalplansdirect.com/ and click the enroll now button for the program of your choice.
A. All active members on the policy will receive 1 free cleaning within the 12 month period of their policy, (from the plan’s start date not calendar year). However, it is up to your offices discretion if it’s your first cleaning visit that’s free or your second, so please be sure to review the details with the office prior to receiving treatment.
A. All Dental Direct policies renew automatically at the same rate in which you last paid. If you have a monthly plan, then the policy will continue charging on a monthly basis. If you have an annual plan, then your policy will automatically renew at the discounted rate in which you last paid, to ensure you always receive that sale price, even if the promotion changes throughout the year.
A. If you wish to cancel your policy at any time, please provide written notice 30 days prior to your next billing date. If you contact Member Services directly, a representative will assist you with terminating your policy 30 days from that date of request. Should you wish to cancel in the middle of your annual policy, you will receive a prorated refund less 30 days from the cancellation requested date. You can send your written request to:

A. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not send plastic membership cards. However, we will still email & mail you information regarding your policy, including your Member ID number, plan type, effective date and Discounted Fee Schedule, for your records. You can use the letter as proof of benefits. Typically, once you provide your member ID number to a participating provider, they will keep your coverage details on file. In the event the dental office needs anything additional, they will contact Provider Services to obtain eligibility status for your policy.

A. Dental Direct is a discounted savings plan, where you save 30-60% on all of your dental services. As a patient in the dental office, you are responsible to pay for your treatment, but as a member with Dental Direct, you only have to pay the discounted rates according to the Discounted Fee Schedule rather than the dental office’s full prices.
A. The Discounted Fee Schedule was created with patients in mind and are extremely competitive to reduce our member’s out of pocket costs for dental services. The offices participating are accepting these discounted rates as reflected by the fee schedule. As far as receiving any procedures that are not listed on the Fee Schedule, the office will refer to their private fee and take off 25%. For an exact price, please speak with the office manager or doctor that is recommending the treatment.
A. We have an interactive Dentist Search on our website, where you can find participating providers within a 5-20 mile radius around any zip code entered. If you do not find an office that is convenient for you, contact Member Services or email the details of your new prospective dental office and our team will reach out to the provider. A. We offer immediate enrollment when signing up online or over the phone. You can begin using your discounted benefits the same day in which you successfully enroll and have received a Member ID number.
